January 1998 Minakshi opened the

Minakshi bodywork since 1980. In addition to her work in the water, she has explored Acupressure, Ayurveda, Continuum, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Feldenkrais, Hatha Yoga, Hellerwork, Polarity and more. |

She taught Ashtanga Yoga at Mount Madonna Center in California, from 1981-1987. Then lived in New Zealand for a couple of years, where she continued to teach yoga as well as to weave French tapestries. |

Since 1990, Minakshi has worked closely with Harold Dull, the creator of Watsu®, and became a certified instructor in 1991. She co-taught with numerous other instructors well known in WABA, the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association. She has taught WaterDancing, Fire and Water, and WATSU to thousands of students in hundreds of fifty-hour classes throughout the USA and in Canada, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Greece and Poland. In 2009 she became qualified by Red Cross to teach CPR and First Aid. |
